If you take your time the time to find a support group for yourself, you'll be able to feel better about being the strong one. You need to know that it is very important that you take the time to be strong when you are in a relationship with someone with bipolar disorder. It is so important that you are the rock or the relationship will dissolve and the mate with the disorder will end up having low self esteem.
