One of the most important parts to a woman life is what they are dreaming. Many times a women has many issues to deal with and dreaming is one way to escape them and figure out a way to handle them better. You can dream about just about anything when you are a woman. These dreams are sometimes the key in helping them find out more about their life and what they need to change for the better.

Dreams can often times reflect insecurity, frustration, anxiety, stress, fear and love. Dreams that women have are usually linked to something that they are going through in their life. They may not understand the situation or maybe they are not looking forward to doing something in their 'awake' life and this is why they are having certain dreams.

Many women dream about being 'chased' or 'attacked'. This dream can come from anxiety or stress that they are dealing with in life. Maybe they are trying to hide or run from it. Sometimes a woman may be trying to avoid something and her dreams are the only thing that is keeping the fact alive.

These dreams can also come from the news media. Maybe a woman has heard that there is a sexual predator out on the loose and they are afraid that they will attack them. This is a very common dream and it may not have anything to do with the woman in her everyday life. She may just be having these dreams because of her subconscious.

Stress plays a big part in how a woman dreams. Maybe she is having trouble with someone at work, or getting to work on time, finding a babysitter, or dealing with a relationship. Anything can trigger a dream cycle in a woman and it is important to recognize what the dreams are and why she is having them.

Many women also dream about being pregnant. This dream does not necessarily mean that they are or are going to be pregnant. The woman may want to start a family and that is why she is dreaming about it. Maybe there is a lot of pressure on her to have a baby and she is subconsciously having these dreams about being pregnant. There are so many reasons and it is a good idea for the woman to try to find out what the dreams are stemming from.
